Flesh pipe construction

I want this structure to look like skin pipes and as I dont have the budget to use lots of silicon I am going to try and modroc over chicken wire frames. I want this to be large and looming and these skin type orifices to look like they are spewing out rainbows under pressure.

Maybe they could be 2 meters away from each other just all be connected and twisting out in a spray of flesh pipes.

I created a few experiments with the modroc and painted them to resemble skin tone and even stretch marks. I felt these came out really well, I wanted the opening to resemble a vagina, or something that would naturally push out things...
