Submerging myself

As I chose my past JW's upbringing in my last piece I have decided to combine this with my masks. I feel that I need to try and embrace the complete submergence of this as does Marcus Coates. I still find Coates an inspiration, of him taking things to the next level, becoming entranced in his work and drowning in it.
Another artist who has taken his curiosity to another level is Thomas Thwaites. His book the Goatman explains how he basically becomes a goat, how he creates legs and apparatus to achieve goat like movements and become a goat and live with a herd on a mountain.

His work pushes his health and mental state, his body and takes him to different angles and views on how we constantly create so many problems for ourselves when being mindful as a goat. A goat doesn't worry whats going to happen and lives for the moment.
Fully becoming a subject, fully engulfing myself into what I am or choose to be needs to be something that need to do.
I'm going to try some experiments and will publish these as I go on.
